Order processing and shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, and local conditions.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared when the order is dispatched. Please provide a complete address and an active phone number at checkout.
Delays and address issues
Courier delays can occasionally occur outside our control. Customers are responsible for checking the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails because the address or contact details were incorrect, or because the shipment was repeatedly refused or unavailable for delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged parcels
If the parcel appears damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
